Here at Angolly’s Ranch, introduction to horsemanship is done safely and gradually either in an interior riding arena or outside in a round pen. Lessons are offered while taking into account the knowledge, abilities and objectives of the student. Here is an overview of different lessons that are offered to individuals from beginners to more experienced riders:
-General information on horses
-Care and handling
-Tack and equipment
-Mounting and dismounting from saddle
-Positions and basic aids
-Horse control
-Walk, jog (trot), canter, gallop
-Exercises and games
-Trail riding
Many other additions will be made according to the rider’s progression and interests. The programs offered promise to be diversified, enriching, and most of all pleasant at all times. If you are a child who loves horses and wishes nothing more than to experience life on a ranch, Angolly’s Ranch is a place where your wildest dreams can come true!

Register for Spring session ONCE a week from March 22 to June 25, 2021.
Cost: $490.00 – available in 2 equal payments of $245.00 to be made at the beginning and middle of the session.
| Group Western Riding – $490.00 Semi-Private Lessons – $560.00 Private Lessons – $700.00 Each class includes 1 hour in the saddle, 30 minutes groundwork. There will be changes made in the schedule once riders age and level determined. Day choosen with experience 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Lessons for adults also available during daytime between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday, also available in the evening (check for availability) |
PROGRAM for MOMMY AND ME Come spend time with your little one on the farm! Mommy and Me riding lessons are for children 7 and less (and their parents!) who are too young to sign up for regular lessons at Angolly’s Ranch. With mom, or dad, by their side the kids learn how to safely lead and groom a horse, get comfortable in the saddle, and basic riding techniques in a hour lesson. contact us for more information!

It is a recreational activity that introduces the horse with a fun approach and teaches young children self-esteem and self-confidence, confidence in the horse, discipline, coordination of the body and more. All done in a relaxing atmosphere at the individual pace of each child, while the horse brings a therapeutic approach for the adult who walks the child on the ground.
Riding Sessions – 2021
Dear clients, Effective immediately, procedures regarding registration for western and Voltige lessons is established in order to see to the proper functioning of Angolly’s Ranch. Since January 2013, any person who wishes to participate in the any sessions will have to come to the ranch at least one week in advance and:
– Complete all necessary and mandatory documents required for insurance;
– Make payments for the session as follows: e-transfer now accepted
– Note: NSF cheques will have a $35 fee added on.
Unfortunately, the option of paying lessons weekly or monthly is not available. That being said, it is not the responsibility of Angolly’s Ranch to absorb the cost of a lesson if a person does not show up for whatever reason. It should be understood that when someone register for a session, he/she must participate in full as no refund will be obtained. Those who are not sure if they can do a whole session will be placed on the waiting list. This will allow other customers who would attend the complete session to register.
